Monitoring Tes, Lacak, Isolasi (TLI) COVID-19 di Provinsi Kalimantan Utara Tahun 2022

Coronavirus Disease 19 (COVID-19) telah ditetapkan sebagai pandemi global oleh WHO pada 11 Maret 2020. Kasus COVID-19 di Indonesia hingga 27 September 2022 berjumlah 6.429.767 total konfirmasi positif, dan 158.057 meninggal dunia. Salah satu Upaya pemutusan rantai penularan adalah dengan melalui kegiatan Tes, Lacak, Isolasi (TLI) ) secara cepat, disiplin berkesinambungan. Tujuan monitoring ini untuk meninjau kapasitas daerah dalam pelaksanaan tes lacak Provinsi Kalimantan Utara, terutama hal pelacakan input aplikasi SILACAK, NAR antigen berdasarkan target pemeriksaan, pelacakan, karantina isolasi serta kriteria epidemiologi. Merupakan penelitian kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Objek yang diteliti data Lacak bulan terakhir SILACAK melakukan indepth interview pihak terlibat. Hasil menunjukan bahwa indikator testing Utara Kabupaten Bulungan belum dapat dicapai, namun Kota Tarakan sudah mencapai sekitar 50%. Indikator 35%. 25% 95%. epidemiologi capai 50% Tarakan, 80%.
